WIN IN RELATIONSHIPS
How Identify Builds Relationships—and Powerful Businesses.
This week I want to focus on how the domain of RELATIONSHIPS can be transformed by one powerful truth:
🟡 You can’t build healthy relationships if you don’t know who you truly are.
At this year’s Business Summit, I got to sit down with my friend and mentor Jamie Winship. Jamie spent decades in high-conflict zones around the world—teaching identity-based transformation to teams, leaders, and organizations.
What he taught us in that session hit me at the core.
“What are the names I believe about myself that hurt me?”
That’s what Jamie calls confession.
It’s not just admitting wrongs—it’s telling the truth about the lies we’ve believed about ourselves:
🗑 “I’m not good enough.”
🗑 “I’m not lovable.”
🗑 “I have to do it all myself.”
Jamie has seen the freedom that comes when people hand those lies over to Jesus—and then ask the most important question:
“God, what do You say about me?”
The answers wreck people. In the best way.
✅ “I’m beautiful.”
✅ “God is proud of me.”
✅ “I’m not alone.”
And here’s the powerful part—when you know who you are, you stop competing and start collaborating.
You stop striving to be enough and start serving from wholeness.
Jamie said it best:
“When your true identity walks into the room… everything changes.”
💡 Imagine what your marriage, parenting, friendships, or business team would look like if each person knew who they really are—and showed up as that person every day.
That’s the kind of world I want to help build.
That’s the kind of leader I want to be.
Let’s WIN in every area of life—starting with the people right in front of us.
